Instruction Rates

$75/hr: Ground Instruction, primary flight instruction, and club checkouts and flight reviews conducted in fixed-gear, non-complex single engine aircraft.
$85/hr: Instrument and commercial instruction, aircraft checkouts and flight reviews in complex single engine aircraft.
$95/hr: Multi-engine, CFI/CFII instruction, aircraft checkouts and flight reviews in complex multi engine aircraft.

Jacob Lemmons

About: Jake began flying at age 17 in a Cessna 152. His career in the air was solidified the day his PPL instructor demonstrated spins. That same day he began the transfer from Missouri State University to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Daytona Beach where he graduated with a B.S Aeronautical Science followed by two and a half years as a flight instructor for ERAU’s Daytona campus. He holds CFI, CFII, and MEI certificates with over 1900 hours flight instruction.

Caimon Salway
CFI

Caimon was born in Pasadena and raised in Las Vegas. He is an experienced teacher, with over 12 years of teaching experience under his belt in music, and now 2 years in aviation. He continues to work full time teaching in both aviation and music. He is ready to help you get certified and flying in the way that suits you best. In his personal time, he loves running, video games, and building sandcastles taller than himself. 

Matt Trager
ATP, CFI, CFII

Growing up just outside of New York City, Matt always had a passion for aviation. After two other careers, one in IT, and the other in Search and Rescue, he was eventually able to make flying his full time venture. Matt works full time flying business jets and holds an ATP certificate with type ratings in the Falcon 2000, Hondajet, and the Learjet 45. He is also a part time CFII for the club. With a love for aviation, Matt enjoys being up in the air in any capacity and helping to spread the love of aviation to others. When he is not flying, he loves being in the outdoors, climbing, biking and hiking.
