DFC Accounting

DFC Accounting is a private operational and accounting application used by Desert Flying Club to manage aircraft information, flight activity, aircraft-owner records, instructor information, payments, and monthly aircraft leaseback statements.

Google Drive integration

The application uses Google Drive to display documents stored in the configured Desert Flying Club aircraft-document folder. Authorized users can browse those folders and files. When an authorized user reviews a leaseback statement and explicitly selects the Google Drive option, DFC Accounting uploads the generated Excel statement into the aircraft folder using the year and tail-number organization.

DFC Accounting is not offered to the public. Access is limited to authorized Desert Flying Club personnel.
